Background
Hongkonger have limited living space. It is difficult to have a comfortable space for working, gathering and doing something you want to do at home. Therefore, Hong Kong people usually spend money to rent space for gathering or working.
A lot of communities in Hong Kong have many leisure facilities or activities to meet the physical needs of human beings but there lack some facilities or activities to meet people's spiritual needs, such as galleries and community art creation.

Design Statement
I would like to make a concept store for telling the backstory of the food and attracting more young people to know more about vegetarian.
I want to change the original vegetarian impression of young people, so I have used laboratory to be the style of the concept store.

This is the final layout that can achieve the style of concept store which is open and clear.
